How does it work?

• After completing the registration, you will receive a confirmation of your request submission.
• We will process your request within 21 days. If we do not confirm the registration within this period, the offer will be considered rejected.

No, user accounts are non-transferable.

The Collection Point is a designated area where clean laundry is picked up and dirty laundry is returned.

The Collection Point operates under a House Rule policy that must be strictly followed by all users.

You can enter the Collection Point using a QR code or a PIN assigned to you after activating your account.
Once you scan the QR code or enter the PIN, the door to the Collection Point will open automatically.

• First, scan the dirty laundry using the RFID box, then place it in the designated dirty laundry bins.

• Enter the clean section, take clean laundry from the designated bins, and place it in the RFID box. The system will detect the type and quantity of laundry based on the embedded codes. Based on the scanned RFID codes, a delivery note and an invoice will be generated and automatically sent to your email.

After each transaction, you will receive an invoice via email.

You don’t have to. Just come to the Collection Point and pick up the laundry.

• The service can be paid via a subscription service, credit, or debit card.

• The account/credit/debit card is charged when you confirm the type and quantity of laundry taken on the scanner room screen.
